Details are sketchy – but maybe you can help detectives put this repeat robber behind bars before he sticks up another family store.
This is the outer East Portland neighborhood store that’s been the repeat target of robbery.

It’s what police detectives usually call a “crime of opportunity”: A neighborhood food mart and convenience store, open into the evening hours, gets stuck up and robbed.
Usually, however, such opportunities do not become a habit. This market may just be a little TOO convenient for one bandit.
On April 13, at about 9:30 p.m., the BC Food Store at 12918 SE Foster Road was held up – again – at gunpoint.
The amount of money taken was not disclosed, but it probably wasn’t much. What’s troubling is that the thug keeps using a gun to rob this family business.
Police are looking for a white male – wearing a baseball hat, black bandana with white spots covering his face, dark jacket, and hoodie.
If you saw suspicious activities near this store, let police know by calling their non-emergency telephone number. Or, if you see him holding up another store, call 9-1-1!
Officials say they believe it was the same person who held up this store “a couple of weeks ago” and used the same strategy – brandish a gun, grab the money, and head out the door, northbound – perhaps with an accomplice outside as a lookout.
If you recall seeing any such activity, help take this thug off the streets. Call the Portland Police Bureau’s non-emergency number: (503) 823-3333.
