When a robber targeted the Key Bank branch in the Gateway Area on NE 102nd Avenue in February, he didn’t get far – thanks to quick emergency notification, and prompt police response.

Now, two months later, another bandit made an “unauthorized withdrawal” from the bank, located at 1205 Northeast 102nd Avenue – on Friday, April 2, at approximately 4:20 p.m.

“A lone male suspect entered the bank, approached the teller, and demanded money, before fleeing the scene on foot,” said Portland Police Bureau Detective Chris Traynor. “The robbery suspect was seen on surveillance video.”
